tc1 = (2t2)/3 + (t0)/3, tc2 = t2, tc3 = (2t3)/3 + (t4)/3.
The variables td1EU, td2EU, and td3EU are interpolations of the ti to be compared to the dj's under EU (expected utility), as explained in Table 3 on p. 373:
td1EU = (2t3)/3 + (t4)/3, td2EU = t4, td3EU = (2t5)/3 + (t6)/3.
The variables td1PT, td2PT, and td3PT are interpolations of the ti to be compared to the dj's under PT (prospect theory), as explained in Table 3 on p. 373:
td1PT = 0.58(t2) + 0.42(t1), td2PT = 0.08(t4) + 0.92(t3), td3PT = 0.58(t5) + 0.42(t4).
